As The Children’s Agenda launches our third decade of advocating for effective, equitable policies, we want you to see the impact you have had helping us achieve 20 years of wins for children and families. Whether you just started supporting our work in 2024, or if you’ve been with us since we opened our doors in 2004, your partnership is vital to our efforts to improve the health, education, and success of children.
Every child deserves to achieve their full potential. And every child deserves to be loved. Children are nestled in families, whether of origin or not, and families are nestled in communities that are shaped by underlying public policies and power dynamics. That’s where we come in with “Smart Choices & Bold Voices.” The Children’s Agenda is a well-respected partner for state and local policymakers, as well as other children’s organizations.
From child poverty to child care, from local schools to the State legislature, from our 15 staff members to the 5,314 members of our action network, we make a huge difference in the well-being of young people in our community and across New York.
We recognize that there is much more work to be done. Together we can realize the world all our children deserve for their best futures.
