A child´s first three years are the most crucial years of their development. With that in mind, New York State created the “First 1000 Days on Medicaid Initiative” in the summer of 2017. Just about 2 years into the program, we will discuss how it’s shaping up with a team of experts in fields including child care, education, child welfare, and public health.
